Life Stance Health is seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our IT team in Dover, DE. You will provide first- and second-level support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintain user devices across Windows and macOS environments.
You’ll configure workstations, manage AD and Microsoft 365 access, document incidents in a ticketing system, and assist with onboarding/offboarding. Strong communication and a proactive customer-service mindset are essential.
