- Identify opportunities to improve value through business process enhancements and technology improvements.
- Analyze issues, align with goals, and present findings to leadership as appropriate.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects with clear direction.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, value drivers, and challenges, and translate these into requirements.
- Drive initiatives within a group by collaborating with stakeholders and acting as a subject matter expert when needed.
- Collaborate with senior management across the organization to lead activities required in ongoing development and delivery of key initiatives.
- Anticipate scope, complexity, risks, timelines, and dependencies within the work area.
- May perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
- Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modeling, process improvement, production methods, and coordination of people and assets.
- Knowledge of standards and processes for delivering client and internal services, including client needs assessment, service quality standards, and customer satisfaction measurement.
- Ability to understand implications of new information for current and future problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to use reasoning and analytical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches.
- Ability to focus on conversations, listen actively, ask questions as appropriate, and avoid interrupting at inopportune times.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing so others can understand.
- Ability to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong, not by solving the issue but by noticing there is a problem.
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate analysis into feasible solution recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to gather, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical details.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple varied work streams and assignments.
- Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether managerial or project-related, while maintaining a high level of completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively, including coaching others on technical and business topics.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and discussion skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
