• Identify opportunities to improve value through business process enhancements and technology improvements.
• Analyze issues, align with goals, and present findings to leadership as appropriate.

• Ability to understand implications of new information for current and future problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to use reasoning and analytical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches.
• Ability to focus on conversations, listen actively, ask questions as appropriate, and avoid interrupting at inopportune times.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing so others can understand.
• Ability to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong, not by solving the issue but by noticing there is a problem.
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate analysis into feasible solution recommendations.
