Otsuka is seeking a Senior Manager, Workday HRIS Lead to drive global Workday HCM configuration, data integrity, and HR technology initiatives. You will lead a team of analysts, partner with HR COEs, IT, and affiliates to deliver scalable solutions and ensure reliable integrations.
You will own end-to-end configuration lifecycle, oversee governance, testing, deployment, and change adoption while advancing the HR technology roadmap across NA, Europe and Asia.
