We need a Data Governance Lead to establish and maintain pristine data standards for our AI auditing platform. You will ensure that the data used to validate client models is secure, private, and high-quality.
What You'll Do- Define and enforce data quality and privacy standards.
- Implement data cataloging and lineage tools.
- Manage data access controls and security policies.
- oversee data retention and deletion procedures.
- Coordinate with IT security to protect sensitive client data.
- 7+ years of experience in data management or governance.
- Experience with DAMA-DMBOK framework.
- Proficiency with SQL and data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
