This team partners with enterprise clients to modernize how fiber networks are designed, built, and maintained. You'll play a visible role in shaping delivery strategies, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to innovative projects that have real impact across communities and industries.
Client Advisory & Solution Design- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping define GIS strategies for fiber network initiatives
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Guide organizations through complex decision-making related to network design and system architecture
- Drive end-to-end delivery of GIS programs, from planning through implementation
- Develop roadmaps, timelines, and approaches for large-scale fiber network initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical execution, and delivery outcomes
- Provide deep expertise in GIS platforms within telecom and utility environments
- Support design and configuration of enterprise GIS systems and network data models
- Offer hands-on guidance to teams solving complex fiber infrastructure challenges
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure successful outcomes
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Build long-term relationships through consistent delivery and strategic insight
- Coach and support junior consultants, analysts, and technical team members
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development
- Participate in broader thought leadership, helping shape industry conversations
What You Bring
- A strong background in GIS consulting within telecom, utilities, or infrastructure-focused environments
- Experience designing and supporting fiber network solutions across planning, build, and operations
- Familiarity working with enterprise GIS platforms and modern deployment approaches
- Ability to connect business needs with technical solutions and guide projects from concept to delivery
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels, including leadership teams
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously
