Pride Health is hiring a Project Manager / Epic Cadence Analyst for one of its clients in Delaware.

This is a 13-week contract with possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Dover, DE, 19901

Pay range - $50- $55 per hour on W2.

Length of assignment – 13-week contract (Possible Extension)

Shift / Schedule – Monday–Friday, 5X8, AM shift

Work Type – Onsite

Job Summary

The Application Analyst I supports and optimizes Epic Cadence and related healthcare applications. The role works closely with IT teams, end users, and business stakeholders to analyze needs, develop system solutions, troubleshoot issues, support projects, and ensure applications meet organizational, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization for Epic Cadence applications.
  • Analyze business and user requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Support scheduling, registration, and application-related workflows.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
  • Participate in system design, implementation, testing, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate and monitor multiple IT/application projects.
  • Work with end users to conduct design sessions and provide training.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and internal/external customers.
  • Analyze trends, performance, and outcomes and report findings to management.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Epic Cadence Analyst experience.
  • Epic Cadence certification required.
  • Experience with scheduling, registration, operations, or healthcare IT.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Understanding of healthcare application workflows and user needs.
  • Knowledge of Population Health concepts is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and workload-prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Preferred:
    Working knowledge of clinical database software.
