Americas ISO Fleet Coordinator

Overview

Chemours is seeking an Americas Iso Fleet Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at Wilmington, Delaware. The role reports to Jaime Matassino, Thermal & Specialized Solutions Americas Supply Chain Manager.

• Lead development and execution of logistics plans and strategies aligned with business supply chain strategies.
• Identify gaps and develop/execution improvement plans to meet Supply Chain needs.
• Monitor contract logistics functions such as ISO cleaning & DOT testing to ensure business needs are met.
• Manage the ISO transportation equipment fleet (asset management).
• Evaluate, recommend, and manage bulk transportation solutions for new business opportunities.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of global/regional Supply Chain data for efficient monthly SOP process cycle.
• Collaborate with the Global Logistics Ops Center/CoE and provide business direction to 3PL Logistics Coordinators.
• Provide functional logistics, data, and inventory guidance to Supply Chain, business, plant sites, and other regions.
• Collaborate with order fulfillment and regional logistics resources to optimize end‑to‑end logistics, data, and inventory management and integrate best practices.
• Monitor and report on logistics compliance, quality, cost, and performance metrics defined by the Supply Chain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross‑functional setting.
• Solid technical skills in PowerPoint and BW, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytical, or Technical role.
• Proficiency with SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Basic knowledge of appropriate financial, legal, commercial, and logistical guidelines/procedures within Chemours and business‑unit specific contexts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
