Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Operations Associate to support daily warehouse operations, shipping documentation, and customer service activities. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, logistics vendors, clients, and the sales team, ensuring efficient warehouse handling, accurate documentation, and high‑quality customer service throughout the shipping and fulfillment process.
Responsibilities- Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and issue resolution.
- Support sales with pre‑sale and post‑sale logistics coordination.
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates (WMS).
- Coordinate shipment bookings, pickup/delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, SLI, CI, PL, etc.).
- Ensure timely execution of shipments in accordance with SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistics, documentation, and inventory discrepancies.
- Perform other logistics, customer service, or sales‑support tasks as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping processes, warehouse operations, and import/export procedures.
- Hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing shipping documentation.
- Experience working with TMS, WMS, CRM, and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and perform hands‑on warehouse duties.
