Responsibilities- Repair and maintain the HVAC system and equipment for the hospital
- Deliver general repair, painting, and maintenance of the hospital
- Maintain inventory of all supplies throughout the facility
- Deliver high-quality customer service to the patients, staff, and guests by identifying their needs and providing timely maintenance
- Track maintenance requests in worker order training system (Facility)
- Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
- Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs, equipment, etc.
- Respond timely to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures
- On call on a rotating schedule
