Hourly Rate : $24.50 Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities- Provides a safe and hazard-free environment.
- Assist, develop and administer maintenance and cleaning processes.
- Assist and inspect work performed and resolve deficiencies as needed.
- Communicates issues regarding work quality to the Group VP, Buildings and Properties.
- Assist in emergency responses to all building emergencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
- Three to five years’ experience in building maintenance with certification
- Must be capable of understanding documents and information, including schematics, blueprints, building codes.
- Must be able to define problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, communicate issues to the (VP), and direct the work of others.
