We are looking for an experienced, energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and to manage the daily operational aspects of the business. • Pay range: $47,000 - $51,000 Base Salary

• Lead daily operations for mover/driver teams, including dispatching, scheduling, and readiness meetings
• Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand through safe, professional, and customer-focused execution
• Hire, train, coach, and develop movers and drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Oversee safety, DOT compliance, and quality control through regular inspections, audits, and spot checks
• Manage fleet readiness, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and equipment inventory
• Address customer concerns and support the claims resolution process as needed
• Serve as an on-call contact outside normal business hours and step into mover/driver duties when required
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen operational and system knowledge

• 1+ year of management, operations, or relevant business experience; moving industry experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapo changing priorities
• Working knowledge of safety practices and DOT compliance; basic mechanical aptitude preferred
• Customer-service mindset aligned with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying household goods when necessary
