About the Role

Secures storage and distribution of Finished Goods / Raw Materials. Manages internal operations and external suppliers for the given scope of commodities and ensures right allocation of goods between internal and external locations. Develops performance of department and its individuals.

The ideal candidate should reside in the Dover, DE area or be comfortable commuting to the location. Schedule is 10:30PM to 6:30AM

What You Will Do

* Develop, track, and improve KPIs across safety, quality, service, cost, and organizational development.

* Shift Change overs

* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, introducing innovative solutions that elevate logistics performance.

* Plan, schedule, and execute logistics projects to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

* Monitor forklift operators

* Inventory Control accuracy

* Serve as a role model, coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable to drive strong performance.

Who You Are

* High school diploma or equivalent, and mechanical education

* Leadership experience

* Must be computer proficient, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability learn SAP and Agile.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

* Strong, verbal, writing and mathematical skills

* Able to perform regular physical tasks such as lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.

* Must be flexible with working hours

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay: $25.13 per hour + full benefits + shift differential.
