Director, Construction Front End Planning

This leader will oversee strategic front end construction activities associated with mission-critical data center infrastructure, including technical due diligence, contractor engagement, budgeting and scheduling, contract term negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution readiness, as well as input on site selection processes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise managing complex infrastructure programs and a proven ability to lead large-scale development initiatives in fast-paced hyperscale environments.

• Lead construction front end planning activities for mission-critical OCI data center projects
• Drive construction project planning, technical due diligence, entitlement coordination, and participate in development strategy
• Partner with internal Lines of Business (LOBs), engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
• Manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, utilities, and development partners
• Drive budgeting, schedule management, and risk mitigation activities
• Support infrastructure scalability and operational readiness across multiple concurrent projects
• Identify and resolve project risks impacting schedule, cost, or delivery objectives
• Ensure alignment between business goals and infrastructure development priorities
• Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning and market expansion strategies
• Lead and mentor high-performing development and construction teams
