The Regional Branch Manager will oversee the performance and operations of multiple branch locations within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving branch profitability, operational execution, customer relationships, employee development, and overall business performance across sales, operations, logistics, and customer service functions.
The EnvironmentThis role operates within a fast-paced distribution and branch operations environment supporting contractor and customer‑facing business functions. The position requires a strong onsite presence across multiple branch locations and works closely with branch leadership, warehouse operations, sales teams, and executive leadership.
The environment is highly relationship‑driven and operationally focused, requiring a leader who can balance team development, customer engagement, operational accountability, and business growth across multiple locations.

- Ability to oversee multiple business functions including sales, operations, logistics, and customer service
- Experience working with ERP systems and operational business platforms
- Strong organizational, follow‑up, and execution skills
- Ability to operate effectively within a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment
