At their core, Regional Organizing Leads are people who are always ready to roll up their sleeves and jump onto the field. They will be responsible for running point on field operations in their assigned region, and will play a critical role in executing the coordinated campaign’s statewide organizing strategy on the ground in their assigned region.

Regional Organizing Directors are resilient leaders, intentional people managers, and creative problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments.

This role reports to the Coordinated Campaign Manager, is based in person in Delaware, and runs through November 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities & Characteristics

  • Develop systems and processes that drive accountability, data integrity, and consistent execution across the region.
  • Travel regularly within your assigned region in Delaware to support your team, with possible travel to other regions for Statewide event support.
  • Support the Coordinated Campaign Manager in systems management and troubleshooting program execution on the ground.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
