Operations Management, Area Manager
A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager for an opportunity in Northern Delaware. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can effectively lead a team, oversee daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and take ownership of the continued success of an established location.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is equally comfortable coaching employees, working directly with customers, solving operational challenges, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a local team
- Oversee day-to-day operations and promote accountability and consistency
- Support sales activities and customer relationships
- Coordinate orders, inventory, shipments, and logistics
- Maintain accurate information within the company’s ERP system
- Work closely with sales and company leadership
Identify and resolve operational challenges - Lead by example and provide hands‑on support when needed
- Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, industrial, construction-related, or a similar environment
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong operational and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working with ERP software
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Comfortable in an environment where team members wear multiple hats
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work with a high level of independence and ownership
The successful candidate will be a visible, hands‑on leader who understands that strong leadership means being willing to step in and support the team when needed.
Compensation:$75,000–$85,000 base salary plus incentives and bonuses
