Processing Attendant​/Cleaning - Dover

Join Tassal’s hard-working team at our Dover processing factory, located 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Hobart. As a Processing Cleaning Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitised factory environment, ensuring equipment is ready for the next day’s production. This is an afternoon shift role (2pm–10pm), with a 15% shift loading applied. Prior industrial or food production cleaning experience is preferred but not required as we provide on-the-job training!

• Clean and sanitise factory equipment and work spaces after production.
• Work as part of a small team to ensure the factory is ready for the next day’s operations.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Support a fast-paced production environment with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

• Full availability to work approximately 35 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport to get to work (essential).
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with a focus on safety.
• Proof of working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug test.
