Overview
Crew Leaders must understand the relevance and importance of operational activities in contributing to food safety, and report and respond to situations that may impact food.
Work ScheduleMonday — Friday; hours may vary depending upon shift. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.
Responsibilities- Lead and assign daily workforce activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Oversee production schedules, materials, and quality control.
- Act as the main communication link between the floor and support groups.
- Troubleshoot issues, support team development, and ensure all admin and project tasks are completed on time.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, cost, and team morale.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Train and support employees, promote teamwork, and update best practices.
- Maintain strong floor presence and use technology to support operations.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, comprehend and communicate utilizing the English language.
- Able to read and perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Must be able to know and demonstrate tasks and duties in Department.
- Ability to lead and direct others.
