Position Summary
We are hiring Pressure Vessel Welders (Level I, II, III) to perform welded assembly of final product, sub‑assemblies, and components while adhering to ASME Code Safety Regulations. This role is located in Delaware, OH and is fully on‑site.
Location:
Delaware, OH
Schedule:
2nd shift Monday – Thursday (4:00 pm – 2:30 am)
Training shift (1–4 weeks): 1st shift Monday – Thursday (6:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Pay
Schedule:
Biweekly
- Follow production orders and shop drawings to prepare parts and weld components into assemblies.
- Execute welds in accordance with company procedures and documents, meeting defined quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties.
- Identify and implement safety improvements.
Level I
- At least 1–3 years of experience or equivalent education from trade school.
- Capable of MIG and TIG welding of parts and pipe, though not yet certified to weld parts under pressure.
- Ability to read and apply WPS and drawings.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
- Methodical, organized, and precise.
- Proactive in proposing solutions.
Level II
- At least 3+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding of pipe or pressure vessels.
- Experience and certification in welding in accordance with ASME standard; certified by the company to weld parts under pressure.
- Ability to read and apply WPS and drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to fitting and welding components.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
- Methodical, organized, and precise.
- Proactive in proposing solutions.
Level III
- At least 5+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding of pipe or pressure vessels, with certified experience.
- Experience and certification in welding in accordance with ASME standard.
- Ability to read and apply WPS and drawings, and teach others to do so.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fitting and welding components.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
- Methodical, organized, and precise.
