Essity is seeking a dedicated team member for the Fem Care packaging area on the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM) in Dover, DE. You will support multiple Fem Care processes, handle packaging, webbing grinding, and related equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
You will work with a team to ensure smooth production, monitor changeovers, and keep accurate production and quality records. Overtime and alternate schedules may be required based on business needs.
