A nonprofit organization is seeking a Veteran Liaison to support veteran participants in the reentry program. This role includes verifying veteran status, coordinating referrals for benefits, and serving as a liaison with VA offices. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, have experience working with justice-impacted populations, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of VA benefits and familiarity with case management tools are preferred.
