Founded in 2025, the Loop Roots Foundation operates nationally, with an initial focus on underserved communities in Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia.
Ourkey initiatives include
- Loop Connect – A ride credit sponsorship platform that provides free or subsidized rides to prison visitation facilities, allowing families to stay in contact during incarceration.
- Loop Talk – A HIPAA‑compliant virtual therapy program offering trauma‑informed mental health care to justice‑impacted individuals and caregivers, including children.
- Loop Troop Rideshare Partnership – We collaborate with the Loop Troop Rideshare platform to ensure families have access to safe, reliable, and culturally competent transportation services.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Partnerships & Corporate Relations Coordinator to lead outreach and relationship‑building efforts with corporate sponsors, nonprofit partners, and community organizations. This role is critical to expanding our reach, securing in‑kind and financial support, and building long‑term strategic partnerships aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential corporate partners, sponsors, and aligned organizations.
- Conduct outreach to companies for partnerships, sponsor ships, and in‑kind support (travel, media, funding, etc.).
- Draft and send partnership emails, proposals, and follow‑ups.
- Build and manage a partnership pipeline and tracking system.
- Support development of sponsorship packages and partnership decks.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with prospective partners.
- Collaborate with leadership on partnership strategy and growth opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, and partnership status.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience in outreach, partnerships, fundraising, or business development (preferred but not required).
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Passion for social impact and community‑based work.
- Direct experience working with nonprofit leadership.
