VISTA Healthy Futures Coordinator

* Review telehealth and teleservice workflows, partnerships, and usage data from 14 libraries with kiosks and 7 libraries with digital/resource navigators but not designated private space.
• Analyze existing data to identify barriers to access (e.g., scheduling challenges, privacy concerns, technology gaps).
• Gather structured feedback from library staff and at least 3 community or service partners.
• Assess outreach and referral processes and recommend improvements.
• Produce a written assessment and action plan outlining 3-5 priority system improvements to increase utilization and impact. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.

Member Duties :
• Strengthen existing and develop new collaborations with partner organizations along with other library VISTAs to help underserved communities with model programs and evidenced based programming.
• Coordinate with the Social Worker, peers, specialists, and interns to deliver health programming to the libraries. Includes setting up tabling events, resource fairs, workshops and outreach events outside of the libraries.
• Coordinate with other VISTAs on best practices for executing the project goals.
• Use Microsoft Office Applications to streamline coordination between community partners and libraries for Outreach, Programs and Speakers.
