Planner IV - Grants Specialist
Incumbent assists with management of Clean Water Act Section 319 grants and other related water quality grant and conservation programs for the Nonpoint Source Program. Works with partner organizations (federal, state, local, and non-profit) to implement water quality Best Management Practice (BMP) projects, assists with developing grant work plans and budgets, develops reports submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency, conducts data analyses, participates in outreach events in support of reducing nonpoint source pollution, and performs fieldwork.
