New Harvest Baptist Church in Dover, Delaware, is seeking a pastor to lead a congregation of about 60 active, outreach-minded members. The church focuses on evangelism, missions, and caring for members with God’s love.
Interim leadership is in place while the committee seeks guidance for a permanent pastor who can uphold Bible-based conservatism and develop new ministries to reach the community with the Gospel. We value family, sound teaching, and compassionate outreach.
