Infusion Solutions of Delaware is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Internal Medicine Specialty/Subspecialty and Infusion Medicine practice in Dover, Delaware.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care, chronic disease management, biologic therapies, and long-term patient relationships.

Our providers care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Lupus, Vasculitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and related disorders.

- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Manage chronic and complex medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Monitor biologic and infusion therapies
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Coordinate care with specialists, infusion nursing staff, and primary care providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Delaware (or eligible)
- Board certification required
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certification required
- Delaware licensure (or eligible)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Rheumatology experience preferred but not required
- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Infusion experience considered
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
