Job Summary
Acts is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, ensuring the professional and compassionate delivery of hospice care as part of our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
ResponsibilitiesThe Hospice RN coordinates the implementation of each hospice plan of care, ensures the needs of the hospice participant and family are met according to the attending physician’s orders and the IDT Plan of Care, and serves as an advocate and educator for improved care of all people who are terminally ill.
Qualifications- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2‑3 years experience in hospice or a transferable clinical venue such as home care, geriatrics, or oncology
- Current or eligible for CPR certification
- Certification in hospice and palliative nursing within two years of employment is strongly encouraged

$35.02 - $43.36 per hour; starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
