Dover Behavioral Health System is a STAR LRP-approved facility. The Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program is intended for individuals working in a full-time direct care role in substance use disorder locations or mental health shortage areas. Qualified staff may receive student loan repayment (up to $250,000). LPNs qualify.

Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in the State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew)
• Behavioral Health/Psychiatric experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
