Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Hourly

We are hiring a Full Time LPN to work 12 hour shifts in a fast paced environment.

• Consult with the physician concerning patient evaluation and assist in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the patient
• Examine the patient and their records to determine appropriate care
• Maintains a liaison with the patients, their families, support departments to adequately plan for the patients needs.
• Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday
• Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset people within the facility
• Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with patients, personnel and support agencies
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and transport the weight of an adult person, with or without assistance in accordance to the care plan

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Delaware
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
