Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Hourly

We are hiring a Full Time LPN to work 12 hour shifts in a fast paced environment.

• Consult with the physician concerning patient evaluation and assist in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the patient.
• Examine the patient and their records to determine appropriate care.
• Maintain a liaison with the patients, their families, and support departments to adequately plan for the patient’s needs.
• Be subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and conditions.
• Move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility.
• Function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with patients, personnel and support agencies.
• Lift, push, pull, and transport the weight of an adult person, with or without assistance in accordance with the care plan.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Delaware.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
