Leadership that values and supports CNA staff - Build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care
- Support nursing staff and care teams
- Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- New CNAs welcome – training and orientation provided
