OverviewWeekends are a great time to make a difference. You can grow your career through meaningful work, professional development, and a supportive team. The position requires 12‑hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday and availability for one additional day during the week. Day and night shifts are available.
How You Will Make a Difference- Provide direct, compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality of service.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Customer‑service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
