Position Overview
We are looking to hire a Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to work 12‑hour shifts, with every other weekend required.
Must be motivated and a team player!
Duties and Responsibilities- Examine residents and their records to determine appropriate care.
- Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director or the administrator.
- Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
- Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of the discharge plans.
- Be familiar with, and use as appropriate all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility.
