Compensation
Compensation from $42.00 - $45.00 / Hour plus additional shift and weekend differentials!
Shift Types- Full Time Day – Rotating Weekends and Holidays
- Part Time Evening – Rotating Weekends and Holidays
- Full Time Night – Rotating Weekends and Holidays
- PRN – Occasional Weekends and Holidays
- Active Delaware Registered Nurse licensure required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Active CPR required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
- Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Perform resident assessments.
- Participate in daily resident rounding.
- Provide supervision to nursing team.
- May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
