What You'll Do

You'll be a trusted, familiar face for patients each week — verifying identities, dispensing medication safely, and providing compassionate care in a fast-paced but supportive OTP clinic setting. You'll work closely with our Nurse Manager, Medical Director, and Clinical Supervisor, and step in during crisis moments when patients need you most.

Day-to-Day

Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting patients and confirming identity with two-identifier protocol
  • Dispensing medication per clinical protocol and managing inventory
  • Conducting physical exams and medical evaluations as needed
  • Collecting and processing specimens
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation (within 24 hours)
  • Participating in intake, readmission, and transfer reviews
  • Coordinating with outside agencies on referrals and dosage verification
  • Providing crisis intervention and supporting the Charge Nurse in daily operations
What You Bring:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active LPN license in Maryland
  • 1+ year of experience in medication-assisted treatment
  • CPR certification (can be obtained within 3 months of hire)
  • Ability to complete a PPD screening (or provide proof from the past year)
