Overview
Bay Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Dover, DE is looking for a Part Time Cook to join our Team!
Responsibilities- The Dietary Cook supervisor cooks and prepares meals when needed.
- The Dietary Cook plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours; cook supervisor will oversee food production for AM & PM cook.
- The Dietary Cook follows standard recipes and special diet orders; attends monthly food meeting & follows up on concerns.
- The Dietary Cook supervisor operates standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- The Dietary Cook supervisor adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.
- The Dietary Cook supervisor cleans and maintains kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
Serv Safe Certification encouraged.
