What will you do?
  • Lead the culinary team across premium function spaces and à la carte restaurants, delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Create innovative menus that reflect current food trends and meet guest expectations
  • Oversee high‑volume culinary operations and manage catering across diverse cuisines and service operations
  • Ensure consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Support budget management and food cost control to maintain financial efficiency
More about you
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar senior culinary role in premium high‑volume, fast‑paced environments
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams across diverse service formats
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu development, stock control, and cost‑effective kitchen operations
  • Sound budgeting skills and proficiency with business technologies including stock and accounting systems
  • HACCP knowledge and appropriate culinary qualifications essential for maintaining food safety standards
