State of Delaware is seeking a Casual/Seasonal food service cook to apply food service principles and supervise inmate/youth food service workers in the correctional environment.
The role requires a High School Diploma, 6 months cooking experience, knowledge of safety and sanitation standards, and a valid driver’s license. Training and orientation will be provided by the Department of Corrections and DSCYF, with emphasis on correctional/youth security procedures.
