Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Create a welcoming and friendly guest experience

* Smile, maintain eye contact, and communicate enthusiastically with guests

* Take guest orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and meals according to Chick-fil-A standards

* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

* Work effectively with other Team Members and Leaders

* Help ensure speed, accuracy, and hospitality standards are met

* Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code standards

* Complete assigned tasks with urgency and attention to detail

* Be willing to learn multiple positions within the Front of House

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* No previous experience required

* Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

* Consistency and reliability

* Positive and coachable attitude

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to multitask and stay organized

* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

* Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays as needed

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs regularly
