Cashier Associate - Part Time

Cashiers are the heart of Burlington's success. As the last person our customers interact with in stores, you help create a lasting and positive memory of their Burlington shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service and helping customers through the check-out process quickly and easily.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Accurately and efficiently ring on the register
• Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

• Base Pay: $15 per hour
• Part-time associates may be eligible for Burlington's benefits package, which includes dental and vision coverage and life insurance
• Part-time associates may be eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan based on hours worked
