Store Manager Responsibilities

Maintain effective operation and continued growth of the office with the direction of the District Manager. Provide leadership, accept loan payments, perform collections, prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, work well in a fast‑paced environment, perform under pressure, drive revenue growth, and demonstrate competency and accountability with store operational standards.

Most customer interactions will be online or over the phone, though retail operations welcome customers in‑store.

Requirements

As a Store Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure transactions are completed properly. You will provide on-site training instruction on leadership, company procedures and policies. You will ensure office staff fully comprehends their job description and understands our computer system. You will maintain an on-going marketing strategy and marketing tracking sheets for the store. You will control cash flow, balancing and audits while maintaining company standards.

You will ensure opening, closing, banking, collections, audits and other company policies are followed daily. You will provide guidance in all aspects of operations, recognize and develop skills of associates to meet store and company objectives, review all available reports for operating results of the store daily, weekly and monthly to identify areas of opportunity for increased profits and decreased expenses, establish marketing strategies to help the store grow, and maintain company standards related to staffing, operations, marketing, collections and customer service.
