Position: AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)
American Eagle -  - Responsibilities:
Support the Merchandising Team Leader in driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.;
Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.;
Own day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in tip-top shape.;
Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.;
Maintain a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while prioritizing guest experience and safety.
