Tire and Battery Service Advisor

We are looking for a dedicated, customer‑focused, self‑starter who can balance multi‑tasking responsibilities to deliver a best‑in‑class member experience as a Samm’s Club Associate.

• Be a Team Member
  :
  Collaborate with associates, educate on tools, tasks and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills to provide safe and efficient service.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications and seasonality, and point‑of‑sale systems and in‑person selling techniques.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Use digital tools to drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement, making immediate business decisions related to safety, alerts, new product information, and training.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Communicate equipment and supplies needs, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory and safety standards, and complete required documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Advocate the brand, model high‑quality service, influence and inspire teammates, and support a culture of respect, support, and collaboration.
• Act with Integrity
  :
  Maintain ethics and compliance, support company values, and contribute to a regenerative workplace.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license
• 18 years of age or older

• Auto service industry or retail experience

Hourly wage range: $20.00 to $28.00
. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
