Greet customers entering or exiting the store with a warm, energetic greeting to promote a sense of control and security;
Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and shoplifting;
Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates following safety standards;
Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes
