Job Description

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. This role may be part‑time or full‑time and involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, and maintaining cleanliness.

You must be 16 years of age or older.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Execute motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Calorimeter and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Working in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Use of sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Required in‑store visual tasks such as near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces range in height.
• Walking:
  For short distances and short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck; items up to 50 pounds and dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'.
• Carrying:
  Large cans up to 3.7 pounds, pizza sauce up to 30 pounds, trays of pizza dough about 12 pounds each.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 pounds.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance.
• Stooping/Bending and Crouching/Squatting:
  Required at stations such as the pizza assembly and stock areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuous reaching above 72 inches and to the floor for tasks such as turning on/off oven controls.
• Hand Tasks:
  Continuous use of hands for shaping dough, handling utensils, and manipulating pizza peel and cutter.
