Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and  for age‑restricted products.
• Maintain store stock, keep shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
• Perform store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and ensuring a clean and safe environment according to policies and procedures.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Must be 16 years old or older with reliable transportation.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

• Hourly rate: $15.50 – $19.25 (commensurate with position, experience, and location).
• Shift differential: $1.50 for hours worked between 12am – 6am.
