Member Frontline Services Associate provides exceptional member service, maintains store areas, manages transactions, and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment. The role involves guiding members to self‑service technology, handling returns, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols, and helping train new associates.

• Provide member service and support throughout the store.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas, ensuring organization and safety.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and enforce security procedures.
• Assist members with locating merchandise and transportation of items.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist in training new associates on processes, technology, and program roll‑outs.
• Identify and report shrink, damages, and other compliance issues.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize and communicate work progress.
• Model company values, engage in teamwork, and mentor peers.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in a higher‑volume retail environment.
• Knowledge of safety and security program procedures.
• Experience training new associates.
