Burlington Stores in Dover is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and supervise receiving and merchandising flow. This role reports to store leadership and drives daily team performance.
The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a discount or big-box environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends. Base pay is $17–$19 per hour.
