Retail Merchandiser

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations for major retailers and brands. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, complete resets, new store sets, and continuity work to improve on-shelf availability and sales. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and facing product, setting displays and signage, performing basic audits with mobile tools, and maintaining safety and visual standards.

You'll work on a collaborative, people-first team with flexible schedules, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory roles in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and merchandising directives for major retailers
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability
• Set up new item displays, signage, and promotional features
• Complete store resets, remodels, and new store setups
• Conduct basic audits, take photos, and report data using mobile tools
• Maintain clean, organized aisles and follow all safety guidelines
• Communicate with store personnel and SAS leads on project status
• Travel between assigned stores within the local territory
• Adhere to schedules and meet project deadlines reliably
