Responsibilities

• Engage retail customers, assess needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products and solutions
• Develop in-depth knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques through structured training
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions
• Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor and tinting area
• Build relationships with DIY, commercial, and professional customers to drive repeat business
• Assist with order processing, color matching, and product staging for pickup or delivery
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and performance reviews to build management capabilities
• Track personal sales goals and contribute to overall store sales and profitability
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent service and efficient store workflow
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policy guidelines
